The title is " Pozo de Los Deseos" and appears to be made of re-cycled folded clothes-hanger wrappers,or at least that is what the attendant on duty and I decided. The artist is Cecelia Paredes, from Peru and Costa Rica.

This is a great little museum that has a nice and concise collection of contemporary Costa Rican art...Well worth the visit and you can also visit the related gallery across the street and then visit Kiosko to see what's up in contemporary craft and design and grab a bite at the outpost of Kalu located inside. Museo TEOR/etica is located 400 meters north of the Kiosko del Parque Morazon in Barrio Amon.
